i don't use flour so this is something that i can make that my kids love. it's an awesome way to use those crumbled corn tortilla chips.
corn tortilla chip crumbs
chicken tenders thawed
egg
salt and pepper
pat dry the chicken tenders. beat egg in a dish for dunking the tenders. wet the tenders in the s&p seasoned egg bath then roll in crumbs, covering as much as possible. place on cookie sheet and bake until done (between 350 and 400 degrees)
great alternative to regular fried chicken tenders.
